Purchased a truck through Dave at Padda Auto sales, He provided an excellent customer experience. The sales process was easy and no pressure tactics. There were a couple minor issues with the truck I purchased, a crack in tail light and faulty backup camera. He ordered the replacement parts right away and also offered to take care of the installation. I would happily purchase a vehicle through Dave again.

We have been customers of Padda Auto Sales for more than six years when my partner first purchased a Mercedes sedan. In early February of this year I purchased a beautiful Lexus Hybrid. Great place to purchase a vehicle. It’s a pleasure to negotiate with just the person that has the final decision as to the sale price of the vehicle. There were a couple minor issues with our vehicle that Jay said they would fix after the sale, and he was true to his word, they were fixed. He even provided a courtesy car while repairs were being done. Financing was done through Jay as well at a very competitive rate. We would definitely recommend Jay and The Padda Auto Sales.

When buying a car I can't stand working with sales people that have to go back and forth to their managers. I picked up an awesome BMW and working this deal directly with the general manager, Dave, made it so much easier to work out the details. This was one of the most painless and fastest car deals I've ever experienced. Dave was open, honest, knew his stuff and was one step ahead of me on finishing things off. I traded in my vehicle at Padda Auto Sales. I got a fair value for it and bought a 2006 Chevy express 2500. It was in good shape and seemed to work perfectly. After about 1 week I noticed the AC wasn't working and this was an important part of my purchase, luckily I had got the warranty and added AC coverage. Unfortunately, the warranty did not want to cover the AC and told me to go to the dealer. I contacted Padda and they mentioned that the AC was working when I had left their lot. It was a moderate day when I was test driving and the van blew cold air. So it's unsure what the situation was. Luckily, I was able to get it fixed with the majority support of Padda, the warranty company Global and my own personal costs. However, I was really happy with the support Padda offered and would recommend them again. Just make sure to get a check on the vehicle done before hand to avoid discomfort for the parties involved in case something pops up.

For some time, I’ve been searching BC via the internet trying to find the perfect (for me) pre-owned Dodge Challenger. My search led me to The Padda Auto Sales, about 400 km from home. The on-line listing and correspondence with Dave provided everything I needed to ensure the trip (on winter roads) to view and test drive the vehicle would be warranted. When I arrived, I found the vehicle to be exactly as advertised. The transaction went quickly and smoothly. Although the vehicle was already reasonably priced (the best that I found), Dave didn’t hesitate reduce it somewhat further to make me a happy camper. There was absolutely no pressure to consider financing the vehicle or purchasing Extended Warranty. All in all, I found Dave to be very friendly, helpful, professional and above all, honest. In addition, it was a very pleasant change to deal with the owner rather than a sales person running back and forth to his manager. A note regarding after sales service… Because I had no intention of driving a Challenger 400 km on winter roads, Dave assured me that he would arrange for a reliable vehicle transport company to deliver it. This turned out to be a bit of a challenge because of Highway conditions. However, Dave kept right at it (keeping me informed) until he succeeded. The vehicle was just delivered yesterday in perfect condition. Would I recommend Padda Auto Sale to a friend? Without a doubt, YES!

Just picked up our new Mercedes Sprinter cargo van. I spent a lot of time searching for the high roof and extended wheel base model that I need for my business and was delighted to see that Padda Auto Sales had not one, but two options to choose form. This exact vehicle is even hard to acquire brand new. Dave has done a great job of keeping a good selection of automobiles on his lot despite difficult economic conditions that have caused vehicles prices to surge. I would definitely advise giving the Padda lot a visit, and if they have what you want, BUY IT! Good, slightly used vehicles from a trustworthy lot is a scarce commodity and it is not worth haggling over. Dave made the process from start to finish as quick and painless as one could ever hope for when making a transaction of this magnitude. It was legitimately quick and painless from start to finish.
